Cat Appreciation Post
Alpha is twelve years old, mixed with Maine coon, and talks more than most cats on the internet. What I love most is that he meets visitors at the door and holds his owner (me) accountable for when it’s time to eat. Along with his love for treats every evening before I go to bed, he loves to gnaw on any plastic left around and rub his teeth on nearby feet in the air. It takes affection, patience, and conversation with Alpha to get him to appreciate the effort and deliver cuddles. His playtime includes chasing me around the house and running when I chase him back, besides his toy box filled with catnip laced toy animals and balls. Alpha’s love runs deeper than most cats I have interacted with, alongside his sister Mia. Together, Alpha and Mia guard the peaceful energy in their home and create a sanctuary of serenity.
